Have You Ever Had the Quiet Feeling That Life Wasn’t Supposed to Feel Like This?
As women, I truly believe we've forgotten something important.
Frequently asked questions
Don’t worry, it’s not that kind of naked naked. I chose the word Naked because it’s both vulnerable and powerful. To be naked is to be uncovered, to set down the masks, the striving, and the endless pressure to be more. It is what remains when everything unnecessary falls away. Naked Provisions is about returning to the human essentials—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—and remembering who you were before the world told you who to be. We’re stripping it all away and choosing to Live Naked…metaphorically. 😘
At its heart, Naked Provisions is about being human.
The principles of enoughness, authenticity, connection, simplicity, and oneness belong to all of us.
Today, Naked Provisions is mainly focused on women because women are the stories I know best and the conversations I feel most called to have. But this isn’t about exclusion—it’s about starting somewhere.
My hope is that what begins as a movement for women becomes a message that serves anyone seeking a more intentional, connected, and meaningful life.
After all, enoughness isn’t a women’s issue.
It’s a human one.
And that’s why ‘Naked Provisions: For All Humans’ is coming soon. A path home for everyone sitting around the same table.

Technically, that’s me. I’m Kara—the original Naked Woman and the founder of Naked Provisions. But the truth is, this was never meant to be about me.
You are The Naked Woman.
The Naked Woman is the woman who has remembered. She has stripped away the noise, and uncovered the woman she was looking for, the one who was there all along.
Now she moves through the world differently. Present. Connected. Alive.
She trusts herself. She honors her intuition. She embraces her own magic. She no longer sees herself as separate—from other women, from the world around her, or from the life she is here to live. The Naked Woman is the woman who remembers her power, her worth, her connection, her wonder, and her place within something much bigger than herself. She has remembered herself.
